Second, I'm trying to remove my climate control unit but am not seeing how it comes out of the dash, cleanly. I have the trim off, knobs off, knob-trim off, but the white climate control unit (where the 4 screws go) is behind the dash screw "facia".
I brought a 2006 B6 Passat 2.0TDI wagon last week and have discovered issues with the climate control. When i turn on the climate control it just pumps out heat like there is no tomorrow. Weather i have the temp set to 16 or 30 degrees, it just pumps out heat. If i have the dial set to "LO" then the heat turns off and the aircon kicks in.

There are separate fuses for the right and left headlights. They should be located in the fuse box in the engine compartment (Box SB). Fuse 47 should be for the left, and Fuse 48 for the right. These fuses also are for the L and R tail lights.
